The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Group Course is held over two Saturdays, 10am-4pm, each month. Classes are held face-to-face in Mount Annan (Macarthur) and Leichhardt (Inner West), Sydney, NSW. Private in-home sessions are also available for those living in Sydney. Skype/Zoom sessions are available worldwide. I also teach the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Caesarean Course.

Inner West classes are conveniently located in Norton Street, Leichhardt, opposite the Pioneers Memorial Park. There is plenty of street parking and we are just down the road from a huge variety of cafes and eateries in the famous Norton Street CBD.

I am very passionate about the role of education in preparing mothers and their partners for a beautiful, joyful birth!! :) Although I have been teaching childbirth classes for several years, I wanted to offer the option of Hypnobirthing classes as well. I am so very proud to now be a part of the Hypnobirthing Australia™ team!! :)
Hypnobirthing Australia™
The director of Hypnobirthing Australia™, Melissa Spilsted, is amazing! I have been involved in the "Hypnobirthing" world for many years, encouraging my clients to attend a Hypnobirthing class or use a home study program, but I never felt 'right' about joining the organisations as a practitioner UNTIL I came across Melissa and Hypnobirthing Australia™. Melissa has a teaching background and is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist. This program is second to none! It is specifically designed for Australian mothers and is of an exceptionally high professional standard.
Group Course $495
Group classes are held in Mount Annan NSW which is easily accessibly via the M5 and M7 motorways
(or if you are in the Macarthur/Wollondilly area, it's just around the corner!) :)

Half group/half private $700
The group course is incredible value and is a wonderful opportunity to meet other hypno-parents!! If you would like to do the group course but can't make it to one of the classes, we can do a half-and-half arrangement. This is where we do one of the Saturday sessions as a private session in your home (or online) on a date that suits you. So you get the best of BOTH options!! :)
The Positive Caesarean Course $440
This is a very special course for mamas having a planned caesarean birth. This class is 4 hours one-on-one in the comfort of your home (or online). Every mother deserves to have a positive and empowering birth. Please contact me to book a mutually convenient time.
