There are so many inspirational and informative videos online. Here are just a few. For more videos look on www.youtube.com Try searching things like homebirth, natural childbirth, water birth etc. Avoid videos that sound negative - they will not help you to feel positive about birth. What you tell yourself matters! Affirmations are positive statements that you tell yourself. They are most effective when you say them out loud. Pick the affirmations that stand out to you and repeat them each day in preparation for birth. If you allow yourself, you will begin to really believe these statements and your body will respond accordingly. Your mind is a really powerful tool to help you in labour.
